Is there something in your life which you instinctively know needs to change, but you just don’t know how to get there or what to do? Have you got the feeling that there must be more to life than this, but you don’t know what “it” is? Is there something you feel passionately about but don’t know how to get started?

You’re not alone. Feeling lost or uncertain about what to do next is more common than you think in today’s fast changing, uncertain world. Although nobody knows better than you what’s right for you, we’ve all been conditioned to seek outside ourselves for answers, for someone else to tell us what to do. We’ve lost connection with ourselves thinking that other people know best.



The key to making authentic choices is right there inside you, in the messages your body sends you through your nervous system, and in the hidden answers lying in the corners of your mind.

So if it’s that easy, why isn’t everyone doing it?

We are wired through our evolution to move away from things that feel uncomfortable and to move towards things that feel good. The same nervous system that whispers to you of discontent, also protects you from danger by awakening your defence mechanisms to keep you safe – Fight, Flight and Freeze. Although these are very useful when your life is actually threatened, for most of us, this is very rare.

Instead, change itself has become the thing we fear, with its potential to rock the boat and threaten our place within a carefully constructed life. The very thought of the upheaval change can bring can awaken all those defences and make your body feel very uncomfortable. Far easier to RESIST change by doing something to AVOID those feelings… eat a chocolate bar, have a glass of wine or light up a cigarette. Much safer to stay where you are in that boring job or difficult relationship, to ignore your inner voice and listen to other
people – after all better the devil you know, right?

How I Can Help

If you’re ready to move beyond stuck I can help you step right back into your body to find the answers you need. Being able to hear the inner voice doesn’t mean you no longer feel resistance, it means finding the courage to feel the feelings and move ahead anyway. It’s easier to start that process with someone else to guide you… don’t we all feel safer when a friend comes with us the first time we go somewhere new?

No matter who you are it usually takes an outside eye to see long term patterns and connections that have become invisible to you over time. Attention is key – once you see the pattern and feel its effects in your life, it’s much easier to recognise it next time it comes up and chose another path. Next time you’ll feel safe enough to dare to go on your own.

The secret to making any kind of change is to take it slowly, identify manageable steps and work WITH your body, not against it. Small goals once achieved lead onto bigger ones and before you know it you’ll be well down the path to where you’ve always wanted to be.

Whether your goals are personal or professional, we’ll take an individual approach, drawing on different tools appropriate to your needs. No two clients are the same and we’ll work together to design actions that suit you best.

In our session you will:

set goals from aspects of your life that you want to change or develop

identify the current reality for each of those goals

imagine the future you would like to see

create an action plan to achieve your vision

Along the way you will:

uncover hidden agendas which bring up resistance to change

understand the triggers that activate that resistance

learn tools to manage habitual behaviours that hold you back

work with your body to clear resistance so it doesn’t continue to trip you up

The rewards of expanding into the unfamiliar are boundless. This is your journey. You have the map. I’m here with a torch and a Swiss army knife to get you where you want to go. Step One:

Complete the short questionnaire on this page explaining what you’d like help with.

Step Two:

I’ll be in touch to set up a free 30 minute consultation by phone or in person to explore your needs further and to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll use this time to get to know each other and decide the best way to work, discuss fees and, if you’d like to continue, arrange a time for a 3 hour Discovery Session or a 6 hour Clarity Session.

Step Three:

Meet face to face for our session, either in person or by Skype. In this session we will:

look at your goals in the context of your whole life – personal and professional – in order to make sense of the changes you want to make

learn some great tools that you can start using right away

address resistance head on and develop some immediate strategies to help you move forward

At the end of the session we’ll decide if we want to continue working together and look at the various ways we can do that. One session may be enough for you at this stage, but I have a number of other packages we can discuss in Identity, Business, Performance and Leadership depending on your needs and financial circumstances.
