So you want to change the world. Fantastic! Let me be your guide. I’ve been on this path for a long time now and have worked out some useful strategies to help you on your way. I’ve co-founded two charities, worked as a singer and facilitator around the planet and started my own successful coaching business serving ChangeMakers like yourself. I walk my talk and I’m out there in field trying things out on a daily basis.
Being a ChangeMaker is about taking Leadership, both of yourself and role modelling for others. Whether you’re looking for personal support, development for your team or empowerment for your community, let me be your guide on the next stage of your journey.
My approach looks at three interconnected levels of Leadership - Me, We, and Us.
#1 ME - I help individuals CONNECT with themselves so they can make informed choices based on what they really think and feel about the world around them.
#2 WE - I help teams COLLABORATE so they can work together in win win relationships to make plans and create new things.
#3 US - I help communities CONVERGE so they can unlock the collective power of everyone to contribute to a kinder more regenerative future.
New advances in neuroscience and quantum physics are showing us that the optimum state for health is in integrated, mutually beneficial relationships – brain capacity increases as collaboration increases.
That’s why the starting point of all meaningful change is when we COME TOGETHER with kindness and respect, in all our diversity, to make each other’s lives better.
