My approach to team development is both comprehensive and nuanced. We focus on helping teams articulate their core values, envision and plan for the future, and bring meaningful projects to fruition. A significant portion of my work centres on fostering Wellbeing, where I train teams to create and sustain Cultures of Care within their organisations. Additionally, through my ChangeMaker Leadership programme, I guide teams in cultivating High Performance habits, equipping them with the tools to excel in every area of life.

I'm an expert in realising the potential of teams to change the world. This training is designed to help you know yourself and your team better so you can

CLARITY about your Destination is vital if you’re going to get where you want to go. Its all there inside you, but when you’re close to a project it can be very hard to see the things you’ve missed – not only ideas but people too. What is Certified High Performance Coaching?

High Performance means succeeding beyond

standard norms consistently over the long term.

programme designed to embed the “HP6”

- the six habits that matter most in achieving long

term, sustainable, positive life changes, as

identified in a 3 year research study of high

performers worldwide conducted by the High

Performance Institute. Across 100,000 3rd party

rated sessions, Certified High Performance

Coaching has been consistently rated 9.7 out of

10, the highest in the industry ever. For me the

HP6 are essential tools for 21st Century

Leadership and have changed my life and

countless others for the past decade.

What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is both a therapeutic and high

performance tool using the outside gaze to

access packets of stuck information stored in

the unconscious parts of the brain. Brainspotting

(BSP) was discovered in 2003 by David Grand,

Ph.D. and now over 10,000 therapists have been

trained as practitioners in the US, South

America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Used

by athletes and artists to enhance performance

we believe that BSP taps into and harnesses the

body’s natural self-scanning, self-healing ability

allowing clients to release old patterns and move

into more expanded ways of being.

Our Journey

SESSION #1

WELCOME

In this session we'll get to know the principles of ChangeMaking and each other. We'll set some Group Agreements to guide us as a team through our journey together and learn some key concepts to give us a common language for the weeks ahead.

SESSION #2

GOAL SETTING

In this session we’ll be setting the scene by

identifying goals for the road ahead,

discovering your level of focus, agency and

current habits that might be holding you back.

We will define Success on your terms and

design a pathway to achieving it.

SESSION #3

CLARITY

In this session you’ll be identifying where you

are right now, getting clear about the values,

principles and practices that support your

journey to leadership.

You'll be discovering how to generate the power needed to keep moving and achieve your goals.

COURAGE

In this session we'll be looking at roadblocks and learning ways to overcome resistance to change.

In this session we’ll look at how to increase your

In this session we’ll be developing a leadership

mindset by increasing your level of awareness

so you can live into your strengths, rather than

your limitations.

SESSION #9

PHYSIOLOGY MASTERY

In this session we’ll revisit Energy, but from a perspective of developing more stamina and

resilience to serve at a higher level.

SESSION #10

PRODUCTIVITY MASTERY

This session is all about getting even more

effective in your productivity and seeing big

goals through to a successful conclusion.

SESSION #11

PERSUASION MASTERY

In this session you’ll focus on becoming more

influential in sharing your message and learn a

formula for maximum persuasion.

SESSION #12

PURPOSE

As the culmination of exploring the HP6 you will focus on “raising necessity” by identifying the underlying motivating factors that get you out of bed every day as a Conscious Creative ChangeMaker.

SESSION #13

COMMITMENT

In our final session we’ll review the journey so

far and explore ways to help you stay on the

path once the programme is over.
